Our first walk! We finally got a mosquito net for the double stroller and took our first walk around the neighborhood on Monday evening - they got to meet plenty of neighbors - of both the human and canine variety...David, Caroline and Maggie walked everyday before the boys arrived so it was nice to get to introduce these precious babes!

Ok - officially the boys were due today - and they're 7.5 weeks old now! We will now begin using their adjusted ages as far as development goes. This will last until they are 2 years old. Alden now weighs 6 lb 7 oz and Carson weighs 6 lb 2 oz - so they are growing very well! They have their next appt at the pediatrician on the 4th and we'll then have a better idea of when they will be able to go out in public and accept more visitors their age (currently, they cannot be around children at all because of risk of germs). We are awaiting news on the H1N1 vaccine as well as the RSV vaccine which they will receive as preemies - this will give them an extra boost to their immune systems so they don't pick up any bad viruses.
