Halloween - Seuss Style

Thank you to Kimberly and Kirsten for letting us borrow the Monkey and Bat costumes above, as their official Halloween costumes had not arrived in time for the pumpkin patch pictures.

For Halloween, we decided to dress Alden and Carson as Thing 1 and Thing 2 this year.  Last year, we only pushed them in the stroller to a few houses, just for people to see them. So this was our first official trick-or-treating experience!



How cute are they!! I think they look so much more alike with the same "hair" too!

 By the way, we bribed Alden with the notion of getting candy, and told him he had to wear his wig to trick or treat :) And we started off with these pictures, already adding a pack of Smarties to their buckets :)

 The night before Halloween, I mentioned to my Aunt DC that the boys were going to be Thing 1 and Thing 2. She said she had a Cat in the Hat costume we could borrow. So........

They lasted 2 hours! We were amazed! What a great Halloween!
